3 Days in a row with running
I am so happy that my body is holding out with being 255lbs and able to run 5 miles with out stopping. Since this was the 3rd day in a row with running it was a little off pace plus I got my butt kicked by the wind. Still had a lot of fun with it though. I have to keep an eye on what I eat but I think my weight is finally starting to move. I am trying right now to keep my runs set to Mon & Fri 3 Miles and Tues-Thur 5 Miles or more. Ill save my really long runs for the weekends that I don’t have any races. I have a 10K next Saturday so I know that this week I will keep my running to a nice pace but nothing that is gonna kill me.
